Can I have my furniture delivered and assembled?
Yes! There are several options available for delivery service at a reasonable charge, and delivery includes assembly of most items! Please call, or ask your salesperson any questions you might have about delivery.

Does Bailey’s Furniture have a “paper” catalogue?
We felt that an online website would be a faster, more efficient way of presenting our huge selection of furniture and accessories to our valuable guests. We update our website constantly and have staff ready and willing to assist you with any questions you might have regarding sizes, prices, manufacturer, etc. Please don’t hesitate to call us for any assistance you may need.

Can I buy furniture on your site?
Of course you can! Just click on the shopping cart next to the item you desire and follow the prompts.

Can I buy and ship furniture as gifts?
Sure you can! You can send any furniture or accessory piece as a gift and be confident that Bailey’s will take special care to follow your directions. Please call a sales person or visit our new superstore for more information on ordering procedures.

How can I pay?
We accept most major credit cards, money orders, cash, PayPal, financing with approved credit through Synchrony Bank Financing, and a Lease-to-Own option. We do not accept personal checks.

Can I follow the status of my order?
Sure you can!  We are famous for having the largest in-stock inventory in Alaska. If your item is not in stock at the time of purchase, we will give you an estimated arrival time. Because of shipping time to Alaska, the arrival time may vary, so please be patient. We want to get your furniture to you as fast as possible! In the event of delays, we will gladly provide updates for you when you call after your estimated arrival time.
